1. Delivery
Please allow us time to create and prepare your customized handmade products. Shipping time may vary based on your location and different shipping method.
2. Returns & Exchanges
As our products are handmade, we currently cannot accept returns or exchanges.
3. Order Cancellation
After we ship the try-on kits or products, you will receive an email that confirms the shipping information. You can cancel your order prior to receiving the email. Once you receive the email that confirms that the try-on kits or products are shipped, the order can not be canceled. We apologize for any inconvenience it might cause.

In-store policy:
Put On Policy:
1) In-store instant nail application is currently offered as a one-time complimentary service for each set of nails purchased from both official READY READY front store and online store.
2) READY READY in-store application will only be available for customers who present a purchase receipt issued by a READY READY front store.
3) READY READY's in-store complimentary service includes a one-time free application of the press-on nails purchased at our front store. It does not cover services such as gel removal, polish removal, nail cutting, or cuticle trimming. The application is only available for customers with clean nails.
4)READY READY front stores only provide short time glue and medium time glue for instant nail application.
5)If short time glue is chosen for instant nail application at READY READY front stores and an instant nail detaches within one day of application, we offer one time free nail make-up service. Notification must be made to us within 24 hours after the instant nail application to archive the service.
6)If medium time glue is chosen for instant nail application at READY READY front stores and an instant nail detaches within one week of application, we offer one time free nail make-up service. Notification must be made to us within 7 days after the instant nail application to archive the service.
Returns:
1)Products are handmade upon order and due to health issues, we don’t accept any returns after the products are sold, no cash or credit card refunds.
Nail Lost:
1)All instant nail detachment policies are only applicable to instant nails worn at READY READY front stores. We are not responsible for any detachment of instant nails not worn at READY READY front stores.
2)After purchasing the instant nails, we do not provide replacements for loss due to personal reasons.
3)In cases of individual styles being out of stock in-store, restocking may take up to two-three weeks.
4)READY READY front stores offer a NAIL CARE+ service for $10, providing 3 free nail make-ups within 30 calendar days after purchase, applicable only to the instant nails covered under the policy.
